Opening up on some personal stuff with doing therapy/counseling for myself. I hope that this may help some of you out there if you've thought about it, or are in need of it. I go into why I did, some of the catalysts early on in my younger days, and some of them currently. Like I say in the podcast, if you just need an ear or help of any kind, please reach out.
